The first days with a newborn are fleeting, sacred, and unlike anything else in life. My in-home lifestyle sessions are designed to capture that world exactly as it is — your home, your light, your family, your baby. I arrive with soft wraps, delicate baskets, and a curated collection of props that complement your home's aesthetic. There is no studio, no harsh lights, no rushing. We work with your baby's natural rhythm, pausing when they need to feed or be held, and photographing in between. The result is a collection of images that feel like a quiet, beautiful memory — the weight of a sleeping baby, the way the light falls through your window, the look on a parent's face in those first tender hours.
How It Works
The Process
Step 01
Pre-Birth Consultation
We connect before your due date to discuss your home's light, your aesthetic preferences, and what you'd like to include — siblings, grandparents, pets. I walk you through what to expect and answer every question. Sessions are best scheduled in the first 5–14 days of life, when babies sleep the most deeply.
Step 02
I Arrive With Everything
I bring my full collection of soft wraps, knit hats, delicate headbands, and beautiful baskets — all carefully selected to be gentle on newborn skin and complement a variety of home aesthetics. You don't need to prepare or purchase anything. Simply have your home at a comfortable temperature and let me handle the rest.
Step 03
The Session
We work entirely at your baby's pace — there is no schedule to rush through. I photograph posed newborn portraits with wraps and props, lifestyle moments of you holding, feeding, and loving your baby, and family portraits with siblings and parents. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours, though I never watch the clock. When the baby is done, we're done — and we'll have everything we need.
Step 04
Your Gallery
Within 2–3 weeks, your private online gallery is ready with approximately 60 fully edited images in both color and black & white. The gallery is password-protected and delivered only to you. These are the images you'll print, frame, and treasure for a lifetime.
